Marianna started baking very early on in life as she grew up with a chef as a grandmother, who let her help out in the kitchen as soon as she could walk. After graduating from university she decided to follow her passion and enrolled at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school. Since graduating in 2013 Marianna has emerged as one of London’s leading independent patisserie chefs via Whisk & Drizzle.
Creating new flavour combinations and bespoke, distinctive and engaging designs for celebration and wedding cakes is Marianna’s passion. Swiss meringue buttercream cakes are her favourite - however, she caters to any dietary requirements, from vegan and dairy-free to gluten-free and sugar-free.
