‘BISOU les Madeleines’ is a family story. A family who finds its roots in the North-Eastern French region of Lorraine, and who has always been very fond of the irresistible regional cakes.
We bake from scratch with local ingredients and only natural ingredients to create unique premium madeleines. They are baked on same day of delivery, because there’s nothing better than a super fresh Madeleine! We are proud to use Callebaut® Chocolate in our recipe, that is made from sustainable grown cocoa beans.
